Privacy Policy

Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Intel Parker Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data through the website intelparker.com (the “Site”) and the Intel Parker managed outbound service (the “Service”).
For the purposes of UK and EU data-protection law (the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the data controller of personal data we collect about visitors to the Site and prospective customers who contact us. When we operate the Service on behalf of a customer, we act as a data processor for the personal data that customer instructs us to process; the terms of that processing are set out in the Data Processing Addendum to our service agreement.
Our contact details:
- Company: Intel Parker Ltd
- Email: support@intelparker.com
- Registered office: United Kingdom (full address available on request and on Companies House)
What information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, and the contents of any message you send us via the form on our Contact page.
- Discovery-call bookings: when you book a call through our calendar tool, we receive the name, email address, and any answers you give to the booking questions. The booking provider also stores this information; see “Sub-processors” below.
- Email correspondence: if you email us directly, we receive the contents of your message and your email address.
Information we collect automatically
- Server logs: when you visit the Site, our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp. These are kept for a short period for security and operational purposes (typically 14 days) and are not used to build a profile of you.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): if you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate visitor behaviour. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. If you click “Reject non-essential”, no analytics scripts are loaded.
Information we do not collect
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, X), session-replay tools, or fingerprinting scripts on the Site.
Why we use your information (legal basis)
We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 UK GDPR:
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, run the Site, secure it from abuse, and understand in aggregate how it is used. We have considered the rights and freedoms of visitors and consider these uses proportionate and reasonably expected.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies (analytics). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Reject non-essential” on the cookie banner or clearing the
ip_cookie_consentcookie. - Contract — to deliver the Service to a customer once a contract is in place.
- Legal obligation — to keep accounting and tax records as required by UK law.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form messages and email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted unless we have an active commercial relationship.
- Customer records (signed contracts, billing): retained for 7 years after end of contract, in line with UK accounting and HMRC requirements.
- Server logs: typically 14 days, longer only where needed for security investigation.
- Analytics data (if consented): retained for the standard Google Analytics 4 period of 14 months.
Sub-processors and where data is held
We share personal data with a small number of vendors that help us run our business. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement and only processes data on our instructions.
- Hosting: our hosting provider (UK/EU data centre).
- Email and calendaring: Google Workspace (EU/US — covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and UK extension).
- Discovery-call booking tool: the calendar provider linked from our Contact page.
- Analytics (consent-gated): Google Analytics 4 (EU/US — DPF).
- CRM / outbound tooling (Service customers only): the specific stack used to deliver outbound for a customer is described in that customer’s service agreement and DPA.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-US / UK-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary measures.
Cookies
The Site uses the following cookies:
ip_cookie_consent(essential): stores your cookie-banner choice so we don’t ask you again. No analytics or tracking value._ga,_ga_*(analytics, only set after consent): Google Analytics 4 cookies. Used to count visits and understand which pages are useful.
You can revoke analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site, which will re-show the banner on your next visit.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data-protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data deleted in certain circumstances (“right to erasure”).
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis) at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@intelparker.com. We will respond within one calendar month. There is no fee for a reasonable request.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority if you believe we have mishandled your data — though we’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Security
We use HTTPS site-wide, restrict administrative access by role, keep our software and infrastructure patched, and apply server-level rate limiting and brute-force protection on login endpoints. No system is perfect; if you spot a security issue, please email support@intelparker.com and we’ll investigate.
Children
The Site and the Service are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the Site or by email where we have one for you.
