Terms Of Service
Last updated: 9 May 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website intelparker.com (the “Site”) and any informational interaction with us — including submitting the contact form, booking a discovery call, or receiving proposal materials — operated by Intel Parker Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Use of our paid managed-outbound service (the “Service”) is governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the signed agreement prevails for all matters relating to the Service.
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
- Company: Intel Parker Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
- Email: support@intelparker.com
- Brand: Intel Parker is a trading name and product of Intel Parker Ltd.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes — to learn about the Service, contact us, and book discovery calls. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
- Send us material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party right.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content beyond what robots.txt permits.
- Submit information about a third person without their consent or a lawful basis.
- Introduce malware, denial-of-service traffic, or any code intended to disrupt the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or remove content at our discretion where these Terms are breached.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, marks, the “Intel Parker” names, layouts, and code — is owned by or licensed to Intel Parker Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual-property laws.
You may view, print, and quote short excerpts of Site content for your own information and reference, including for the purpose of evaluating whether to engage us. You may not republish, sell, license, or systematically copy Site content without our prior written consent.
5. The Service (high-level summary)
Intel Parker is a managed outbound service for professional-services firms. We design outbound campaigns, build and run the underlying infrastructure (sending domains, list hygiene, deliverability, sequencing), and report results back to the customer. The full scope, deliverables, fees, term, and service levels for any engagement are set out in a written Statement of Work. Nothing on the Site constitutes a contract for the Service.
6. Enquiries and proposals
Any quote, proposal, response to an RFP, or pricing indication we provide is non-binding and valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing. A binding contract is formed only when both parties sign a Statement of Work.
Information you give us during an enquiry or discovery call is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our parent company’s site, a calendar booking tool, or industry references). We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but:
- The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” — we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code.
- Content is for general information about the Service. It does not constitute legal, tax, marketing, or professional advice.
- We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and other terms relating to use of the Site.
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with use of the Site.
- Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site (excluding Service liability, which is governed by the signed Statement of Work) is limited to £100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
11. Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after we publish a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction in which you reside or do business.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in force.
